Vegetarian Diets > Vegetarian diet
There are different people who take different kinds of diet; some are vegetarian whereas others are non-vegetarian. But I am a vegetarian and take diet which includes fruits, green vegetables and grain. I believe that a vegetarian diet is more healthy and full of nutrition.
But on the other hand, I also believe that vegetarian diet can also be unhealthy sometimes if its does not contain enough nutrients.
Vegetarian diet and its lifestyle
There are various types of vegetarian diets:
Vegan diet: This diet is taken by people who are complete vegetarians.
Lacto vegetarian: This diet is taken by people who take cheese and milk products.
Semi-vegetarians: This diet is taken by people whose diet doesn’t include red meat but includes white meat along with milk products.
There are a few nutrients which are to be taken into consideration in a vegetarian diet. For example, to have protein one doesn’t need to eat enough of animal foods. One can have it from plants also.
The other nutrient which should be taken into consideration is iron, as it is a truth that non-vegetarian diet such as red meat, egg yolk and white meat are a big source of iron. However, in a vegetarian diet, spinach, cucumber, and dried fruits can also be big sources of iron.
