Interestingly, everybody wants to lose weight but no body wants to stop eating, and finally one ends up gaining weight. So there is a cabbage soup diet, when followed, will help in reducing weight.
There are various cabbage diet plans based on eating high quantity of cabbage soups and eating everything else in less quantity. It is claimed that cabbage soup diet has the property of burning fats. There is a cabbage soup diet plan for a week which includes eating fruit for first and second day and on third and fourth day along with fruits the milk is taken. Then on fifth day one can have either large tin of fresh six tomatoes and on sixth and seventh day one can have 2, 3 steaks of beef or fresh vegetables along with brown rice.
The basic idea of this diet plan is to eat a rich quantity of cabbage so that one shouldn’t be able to cheat himself. This diet plans strongly say no to alcohol and only water and juice can be taken along with this diet.
Although some people feel that it make them week and some feel that its worth having it. Though this diet is for seven days and shouldn’t be stretched for long, but it will be a great start for moderate diet.
