Slimming > Breaking the Diet rules and still staying slim

There are so many diets and diet rules, and I believe that most of them are just nonsense. Many of them are plain diet myths. Most diet rules do not work at all. Then how do we see which rules will for us? Are there any general and specific diet rues that work well with most people? Yes there are.

Most people say that eating just before bedtime may lead to increase in weight. Well, not really. We are tired by night, after a days work, and need to put energy into us. Nothing works better than a good meal with balanced diet. So, my rule says that let your hunger decide when to eat, rather than rules. Let your body tell you when to eat.

Some diet experts say that skipping a meal once in a while is a good idea. Not really. Skipping meals will only leave you hungrier and make you eat more when you are exposed to food. Eat when you feel like, and do not skip your meals just for the sake of dieting.

There is another common view that bread is fattening. Well, I would say that instead of leaving your bread, switch to whole grain bread. Eating bread will not make you grow fat more than if you ate same amount of calories in something else.

Soon, we will be discussing more rules to be broken, when it comes to staying slim. Keep visiting.
