Cold Soups > Vanilla Fruit Cup Soup

The fruity cold soup with a flavour of vanila. Here is the recipe. This is a dessert soup made from fresh fruits. The recipe presented here is for 5 people.

 

Ingredients for Vanilla Fruit Cup Soup

  • 2 cups berries, strawberries or raspberries, or a combination

  • Half diced cantaloupe ( orange-fleshed melon)

  • Half diced water-melon

  • One and half cup of grapes, cut in halves if big

  • 2 cup peaches,diced

  • 2 cups low-fat vanilla yogurt / soy yogurt

  • One and half cup of white-grape juice

  • Half teaspoon of grated ginger

  • One teaspoon of Vanilla extract

  • One tablespoon honey

Method to prepare Vanilla Fruit Cup Soup

Except grape juice and honey, mix all the ingredients in a container. Add white grape juice to make soup's consistency slightly thick.

Taste it, and add honey if you want to make it more sweet.

Chill and serve.
