Ingredients for Low Carb Low Carb Cole Slaw
12 Cups Shredded Cabbage -- Shredded 1 1/2 Cups Shredded Carrots -- Shredded 2 Cloves Garlic -- Minced 2 Tablespoons Spring Onions -- Minced 1 Cup White Vinegar 1/2 Cup Splenda 3/4 Cup Vegetable Oil 1 Teaspoon Salt 1/4 Teaspoon Pepper
Mix together shredded cabbage, carrots and onion. In pot bring to boil vinegar, splenda, oil, salt and pepper. Remove from heat - add in minced garlic.
Add liquid to shredded vegetables. Toss well to coat. Store in fridge in large covered jar or bowl. Do not freeze.
